Terms of Service

1. For Non Maintenance Customer there will be a charge of RM75 per hour for content updates with minimum 1 hour charge per incident.
2. For Content Management Systems (CMS) or Programming related upgrade or troubleshooting, RM150 per hour will be applicable with minimum 1 hour charge per incident.
3. All Non maintenance customers will be served on first come first serve basis.
4. A Report will be provided with tasks completed and hours spent.
